Michelle Bolt Michelle Bolt started her career at Clark Retirement Community in the dining department . She earned her CNA License and worked in the skilled nursing area and Clark at Home. Michelle served 15 years as a Lead Care Partner in assisted living. She was promoted to Assisted Living Scheduler and went through the Navarre Leadership Training . Michelle is now the Assisted Living Care Coordinator . Allison Van Tress Allison Van Tress began her career at BHI as a receptionist at Hoosier Village in 2019. She was a Social Service Designee for over two years and then transferred to the Towne House to complete her Administrator in Training Program while she was a BHI Leadership Fellow . Allison then returned to Hoosier Village as the Human Resources Generalist . Jake Bradley Jake Bradley started working at The Barrington of Carmel as a Maintenance Technician in early 2022. He loved it so much that he referred his best friend, Kain, who is also a dedicated Maintenance Technician. Jake recently completed his HVAC Certification through the BHI Foundation Scholarship Program . Jennifer McDaniel Jennifer McDaniel has been an incredible team member at The Barrington of Carmel since 2014. She began her career with us as a Housekeeper and Server . In 2016 Jennifer earned two promotions: the first to Lead Housekeeper and the second to Housekeeping Supervisor . She continues to lead the housekeeping team as the Housekeeping Supervisor . APPLY NOW! OUR TEAM LEADERSHIP SPOTLIGHT CINDY REECER, Director of Nursing, Wesley Manor — Cindy started working at Wesley Manor in the dietary department as a waitress while still in high school. When the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) class was offered, she jumped on it and began her nursing career as a CNA. Throughout her journey, Cindy has relied on Ivy Tech to continue each step of the way; First with her QMA license in 2005, her LPN in 2014 and her RN in 2022. Between her LPN and RN program, Cindy was promoted as the Health Center Unit Manager and utilized the BHI Foundation Student Loan Assistance Program. She was able to go back to school for her RN degree and continue working with the support of the BHI Tuition Reimbursement Program. Upon graduation, she was promoted to her current role as Director of Nursing.The highlight of my nursing career was during my RN program as I continued to work and go to school at the same time. It was a great feeling to complete the program and have the opportunity to advance within BHI and Wesley Manor. It was nice to come out of school without new loans and be able to get back on the BHI Student Loan Assistance program to finish paying the previous student loans for the LPN program. I enjoy having some flexibility in my job and being able to continue assisting on the floors to stay on top of what is happening on the units. I think as a leader the best advice would be to make sure you continue to help staff on the floor as time allows.
